This Resistol 20X Wildfire Cowboy Hat is a breathable straw hat with a 4 1/8-inch (approximately 10.3 cm) crown and a 4 1/4-inch (approximately 10.3 cm) brim. and features a Dri-Lex sweatband to keep your forehead dry. even in hot weather.
The size of the hat is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine the proper hat size. you must measure your head.

HAND WOVEN STRAWS
Each straw hat is crafted by skilled weavers. Depending on the complexity of the pattern. weaving the body of a single hat can take anywhere from one to three days.
Straw hats with breathable crowns and intricate patterns take the longest to weave. but their advantage lies in allowing air to circulate. keeping the wearer cool even under the midday sun.
BLOCKING THE STRAW
The straw hat body arrives at our processing plant in Texas. where we shape and paint it to give it its unique form. The wide brim of our straw cowboy hat provides ample shade under the sun.
FINISHING A STETSLER HATS
After four painting and shaping processes. each straw hat is sent to the finishing department for final touches. Leather or Drilex® sweatbands are sewn inside the hat. and a ribbon or leather strap is tied to the outside of the crown.
Drilex® fabric is favored by cowboys worldwide for its patented sweat-wicking properties. keeping them comfortable and dry even in hot outdoor conditions.

Before a straw hat reaches you or a retailer. the final step is a thorough inspection. We meticulously examine each hat from top to bottom to ensure it lives up to its name. because we practice this philosophy every single day!
